Mr. Hübner specializes in civil law and commercial law. He has ample experience in litigation, before civil, especial and arbitral courts. For over 12 years, Felipe has advised numerous leading Latin American and international companies in corporate financings, restructurings and M&A transactions.

Master of Laws, Harvad Law School.
He graduated from Universidad Católica de Chile Law School (L.L.B.)
Tocornal and Montenegro Award, given to the best student of the promotion (valedictorian).
Fernando Rozas Award, given to the best student of Civil Law.

Mr. Hübner is a professor of Civil Law at Universidad Católica de Chile Law School.

He has been appointed as director at the board of directors of openly traded companies, director of the Harvard Club of Chile, advisor of the President of the Republic of Chile and advisor of the Vice president of the Senate.

Additionally, he was awarded the Young and Successful Award granted by Diario Financiero newspaper, and the award Young Leaders, granted by El Mercurio newspaper. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association A.G.
