Mr. de la Fuente specializes in insurance and reinsurance law, and has focused his practice on the many issues that give rise to insurance contracts, those of intermediation and those related with the regulations governing this activity. He advises companies, insurance companies and brokers, and actively participates in conflict resolution and arbitration.

He graduated from the University of Chile Law School (LL.B.).
He has taught at the Insurance School, and has participated in numerous seminars and lectures on topics of their specialty.
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association A.G. and the Chilean Section of the International Insurance Law Association.
